You ever visited the Vatican City?

I last went in the early 1980s and so was pleased that we visited it during the afternoon of my Rome city tour. I got a chance to spent a few hours exploring this religious centre. It is a State within Rome. As you enter through the small gate you pass into the country within a country. It is an impressive sight. Probably best explained by photos than words! I visited as part of my MSC Lirica city tour.

    Rome is a open air museum. When the Inca built machupicchu ….the Vatican was started. It took them 120 years .. Typical Italian . Maybe they strike from now and then
