2026 Wave Awards Favourite Cruise Content Creator. Have Your Say!

For the last 7 years (or maybe longer) I have been a finalist in the “World of Cruising” Wave Awards in their “Favourite Cruise Blogger / Vlogger” category, or as they now call it “Favourite Cruise Influencer” category. Never won it.

They have just launched their “long list” for people to vote on at https://www.worldofcruising.co.uk/wave-awards-2026-shortlist

You can see down below who is on that list. As the magazine is UK, all the creators are UK based.

As mentioned, I have never won. This is I am sure is largely because this is an award that goes through serval rounds of getting people to vote, and I do not take an active part in keep asking people to vote. I did not post about it last year at all I don’t think.

And yet I have been surprised for years now that I still make it to the finalist list due to the passion clearly of followers who keep voting through the rounds without any encouragement or reminders.

The first round of this year’s Wave Awards is underway and the list of people in that category is very long indeed, apparently from what others in the category are saying including blogs that are dormant and have not been active for some time.
