Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok

I was surprised, and a bit concerned, on seeing that there had been some neutral reviews about this hotel as I have stayed here a few times over the past years – and had always found it be be a great place with great and typical Bangkok excellent service. Therefore, I was pleased to find that this was the case. The hotel is looking good, it seems there has been some renovations and the rooms are trendy and great beds, bathrooms and overall design.I was lucky enough to have been upgraded to a suite, and have posted pictures, which was quite stunning. On the 16th floor with lovely views across the race course. I also though checked out the room of a work mate who was also at the hotel, and this was of the same design and very good.On the 17th floor for those people in the club access they have a quite stunning club room for breakfast and evening canapes/ drinks. This is very tastefully designed with great views (also across the racecourse). The hotel meeting area called “The Residence” (pictures also posted) is just stunning and a great place to hold a meeting in quite special surroundings. This is a hotel I look forward to staying here again!
