Over a series of posts I have shared various thoughts and photographs from my Uniworld Enchanting Danube cruise on the River Beatrice . Food is, of course, one of the most important aspects of every cruise. The River Beatrice really excels on the gourmet front with multiple-course meals for lunch and dinner. Though one of my favourite times of the day was 4pm. This is when a lavish afternoon tea is set up in the lounge. Each day there was a different theme including cheese, chocolate and cream. Here are some images from the next to the last day of the cruise which included a chocolate fountain and a celebration cake that highlighted all the stops on our trip. All of which were extremely tasty!
