I started this blog and podcast series back in 2005 as I have been travelling and staying in hotels all round the world for up to 100 nights a year for work.

I have a huge passion for travel, being fortunate to travel all over the world up to two weeks a month both as part of my job (which is the Vice President Global Marketing for a major mulit-national) and also for pleasure. For many years I have been making notes, taking copious pictures and filming small video clips using my digital camera of every hotel room I stay in and places I visit.
