Informative post! When deciding on city breaks, Monaco is not one of the destinations that comes up in my list currently though I really wish to go there at least once. The biggest factor being the expense associated with it.

However this post gives a great insight on how its going to be, hopefully in the future I might be able to afford it and watch Formula 1! Some of the pictures you've taken are absolutely stunning.

I will tell you my impressions of Monaco as I went there in my mid-twenties. First of all, let me say that I'm glad I did. It left a lasting impression and was quite beautiful even though I didn't stay too long. It is more upscale and modern (with some exceptions of course) than some of the other European towns I visited. There was a dress code to get into a few of the hotels...one of the guys I was traveling with was not permitted in because he was wearing tennis shoes. The casino was grand and worth the visit, but again, there is a dress code. As a side note, I found the dress codes humorous as it is acceptable and common to sunbathe in the nude. There are many shopping venues throughout, mostly upscale, but the hotel we stayed at was affordable and was right on the water. We were there in late April and the weather was beautiful...too cold for bathing suits and beach, but short sleeve weather in the evening as we strolled the beach. Have a great time if you make the journey!

Thanks for sharing this helpful info. Undoubtedly Monaco has great assortments of tourists’ places. I had the superb time (in year 2008) when I traveled to this stunning city. I really like the Ocean tank part, it was my favorite.
